Welcome to samanthabachmann.com. By booking and using our English tutoring services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment
- All lessons must be booked and paid for in advance. Payment is accepted via [methods you accept].
- Package deals require minimum commitment as agreed.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel a lesson.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the lesson fee. Exceptions may apply for emergencies.
Refunds
- Refunds are only available for unused prepaid lessons and will be processed upon request.
- No refunds will be issued for completed lessons.
Conduct
- Students and guardians must respect the tutor and other participants.
- Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services without refund.
Intellectual Property
- All teaching materials, lesson plans, and content are the intellectual property of Samantha Bachmann.
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide high-quality tutoring, individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to the use of our services.
